Once an order is placed, the entire balance becomes due, ensuring we can move your order through production without delay.

Given that our products are tailored for each customer’s business requirements, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accommodate refunds or cancellations, except where required by Australian consumer law. If adjustments are needed, we are happy to work with you to find the best solution, including offering store credit where applicable.
2. Shipping and Delivery
